Green and Yellow Eyeshadow

Hey dolls, sorry I havent been on here as much as I had said I would but I have been on call for jury duty (yuck) this week and just a bunch of other  things so lets just get to this look.

 

Some people think that doing two bold colors such as yellow and green would come out heavy but if you chose the right shades of the colors you can definitely pull it off.

 So heres what I did, as usual did the face, eyebrows, primed the lids. I also used milk jumbo pencil to make the colors pop a bit more. I used my bh cosmetics 120 palette first edition and used a pastel green and mixed it with a neon green and placed on outer half of my lid creating a medium green (kind of like grass) and then a gold toned, burnt yellow and placed on the other half of my lid.

 

Next I used a typical medium brown to blend in the crease and then did a gel liner. The gel liner is a bit on the dramatic side but I kept it thin so it didnt take all the attention away from the eyeshadows.

Green Glittery eye look (dramatic)

SO as you guys know I am not a makeup artist nor am I a pro, but I will say that I am really good at doing makeup, especially eyeshadow … I like to call it my specialty. I do not really do those dramatic looks we see on Instagram or youtube because I try to do looks that are wearable for everybody. I like to do dramatic looks as well but like I said, wearable. So this is kind of my take on a dramatic eyelook and I hope you guys Love it!!! Please like this post !

Ok so this is the green glitter eye look I did for a party. I first primed my eyes with Urban Decay eyeshadow primer. Then applied a soft brown in my crease and blended it out. Next I put some forest green eyeshadow on my lid and applied glitter glue from too faced on top of that and then I applied some green cosmetic glitter on my lid. The too faced glitter glue is great, it holds the glitter so well and lasts all day long. I also use glitter glue to make my eyeshadow pop. Then I did my eyeliner with maybelline gel liner (love) and then curled my lashes, put great lashes mascara on them then put on these amazing elf dramatic eyelashes with my duo lash adhesive and then put my lorac volumizing mascara on top to make my lashes go together with the falsies.

I recieved sooo many compliments of this look and loved how I paired it with these beautiful earrings given to me by a friend.

Simple pop of color eyeshadow look

Hey dolls told you I’d be back soon!! Anyways dolls here is a look I did for my brother in laws birthday.

It was a super hot day so I wanted to keep it fresh. This look is a brown/neutral smokey eye with some fuchsia-purple pop of color.

Here is the look:

 

I first primed my eyes with urban decay eyeshadow primer. Then placed a brown on my crease with a blending brush and blended like no other. I then used NYX jumbo pencil in milk and placed it on my 2nd half of my lid, Then on the 2nd half of my lid I placed this fuchsia purpley color from a bh cosmetics palette and placed a nude eyeshadow on my 1st half of lid and blended it lightly into the fuchsia. I then did maybelline black gel liner. Natural lashes today and placed liner on both top and bottom. I then used that same purple fuchsia and placed it right under the black gel liner.
